A student can apply either by filling up online application form available at the website or by printing the application form after downloading it, filling it up and then sending a scanned copy of the form by email to admission163@gmail.com.
Steps to be undertaken after applying
Once the application form of a student is accepted by the respective university, information will be given via email and the student will have to pay application and processing fee. On payment of the dues, all documents like the Acceptance letter, Admission letter, JW201/ JW202 and visa letter from the university will be sent by post.
The applicant’s next step is to apply for the visa in the Chinese Consulate or Embassy. Next, the students will have to apply for visa in the Consulate or Embassy of their countries in China. The entire visa processing process takes about ten days to one month.
After the visa is issued, the student should provide information about the date and other particulars of his or her journey to the so that hostel room, bedding etc can be arranged. The students will also be received at the nearest airport, bus station or railway station and taken to the respective university free of cost and then put up in the hostel of the university.
On the next day of their arrival, the students are required to pay the tuition fee to the international student department in order to join their course of study.
Documents required for admission into bachelor’s degree program
For admission into bachelor’s degree program, a student must be between 18-30 years of age and must have cleared the XIIth grade/ FSc/ A level or equivalent with a minimum score of 50%. The student must also be in good health and should not have any track record of indulging in criminal activities.
Documents required for admission into master’s degree program
For gaining admission into master’s degree program, a student must submit his or her mark sheet of bachelor degree exam. Additionally, recommendation letter from professors or associate professors and a filled up application form with a signed photograph is also required to be submitted. The student will also have to show his or her passport to the screening official of the respective University for seeking admission to the master’s degree program.
Materials required for admission into Ph.D program
A student is required to furnish his or her academic record of master degree studies in order to join the Ph.D programs. Moreover, recommendation letters from at least two professors or associate professors and a duly filled application form with a signed photograph affixed would also have to be submitted. The passport would have to be shown to the respective authorities in the screening process that precedes any admission into any course of any foreign university.
